About Us

PacificSport Northern BC was created specifically to serve the athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers of Northern BC. By providing a variety of innovative services and programs, the centre helps athletes progress while introducing sport opportunities to the region’s youth.

Currently meeting the needs of more than 100 registered athletes and coaches, the Prince George-based centre services member sports and is connected to a network of PacificSport centres across the province.

A not-for-profit organization funded by investments from various partnerships, including the Province of BC, the success of to PacificSport Northern BC lies in the excellent training facilities, paid coaching staff, strong relationships with local and provincial sport organizations and exemplary volunteers.  Together we are partners in Powering Sport Performance.

In the lead up to the 2010 Games, we will continue to work with our sport partners, 2010 LegaciesNow, Spirit of BC Community Committees and our own community to ensure a strong representation of BC athletes on national teams and ensure we are among the healthiest provinces to ever host an Olympic and Paralympic Games.
