Shotgun Presentation Sessions: During the SPIN Summit, there will be an opportunity to partake in 'Shotgun Presentation' sessions. These sessions will consist of 5 minute, 1-slide presentations on a key idea or finding. Each individual will have 2 minutes to present their idea or finding, followed by a 3 minute question period. The idea behind these sessions is to brainstorm a number of different ideas in a short period of times and generate as much discussion as possible.
If you wish to participate in the 'Shotgun Presentation' sessions, please complete and return the Shotgun Presentation Form.
The conference will focus upon linking coaches, sport scientists and sport technology experts so that they may exchange ideas and spproaches relevant to improving sport performance. You may submit abstracts in any area that is consistent with the theme of sport innovation.
Abstracts wil be grouped thematically and authors will be asked to present either in a free communication or poster session at the discretion of the organizing committee. Authors should indicate their preference to present either in poster or free communications format. Presenters will typically have a 20-minute time slot (15 minute presentation, 5 minute Q & A). Posters will be displayed during the conference and authors will be expected to present their posters.
If you wish to submit an abstract for consideration for a free communication session or for a poster presentation, please follow the Abstract Submission Guidelines.
